Galaxy S25 Edge screen protectors: what fits a 5.8 mm phone with an ultrasonic reader

The S25 Edge is 158.2 × 75.6 × 5.8 mm with a 6.7-inch display and a Gorilla Glass Ceramic 2 front. The S25 and S25+ are different sizes, so their protectors do not transfer. Read the listing for “S25 Edge” exactly — “S25” alone is not good enough.

An ultrasonic reader sends sound through whatever sits on the screen, so it is defeated by things an optical sensor tolerates:

• Thick glass weakens the return signal. Thin is better here.
• Edge-only adhesive leaves an air gap over the sensor, which is the single most common cause of failure.
• Privacy film adds a louvre layer over the sensor area and is best avoided.
