Galaxy S25 screen protectors: three sizes, and an Ultra that already has the coating

Listings that name "S25 series" without naming your model are the ones to avoid. The S25 Edge is a fourth size again.

Samsung fits the S25 Ultra with Corning Gorilla Armor 2, whose selling point is reduced reflection. A standard glossy tempered glass sits on top of that and gives the reflections back, which is a strange thing to pay for.

If you want to protect an Ultra and keep the anti-glare behaviour, a matte or anti-reflective protector is the consistent choice — or fit nothing and rely on the factory glass, which is the toughest Samsung ships.

Thick glass weakens the reading, edge-only adhesive leaves an air gap over the sensor, and privacy film adds a louvre layer across it. Choose thin glass with full-face adhesive, and re-enrol your fingerprints after fitting. More in our fingerprint sensor guide and privacy on Galaxy.
